False Rumor
Some idiot decided to spread a rumor about Rammstein. This is basicially what it was: Christoph, who had previously had a problem with his ear, had another problem that could have left him deaf, which would have meant the end of Rammstein. IT IS NOT TRUE! Christoph is just fine.

Mutter Info
There will be 11 songs on Mutter.
The first single to be released, Sonne, was changed from Der Boxer,
which was originally Klitschko.
The next video is for Sonne.

Single Pushed Back
More bad news. Looks like I was right about the probability of the single coming out in December, it isn't gonna happen. Rammstein said it will be more likely Spring. I take it that they mean March, not April.

I've read another article that reinforces the before Christmas release date for the single. Hopefully my skepticism proves to have been for nothing and it does actually come out then.

Mutter
It's official, the new album will be called "Mutter" (Mother). And the group is still hoping for a December release of the single, but I'm a little skeptical about that.

The Rammstein album has been pushed back again...this time to April. I don't know if this will affect the release of the single in December.

Big Day Out Festival
Rammstein has confirmed that they will be playing the Big Day Out Festival in New Zealand and Australia. Check out my tours section.

Single Info
Looks like the single won't be released in October. Flake said that they are still hoping for an album release in early 2001 and a single release before the end of 2000. They have Stefan Glaumann doing the mixing in Sweden and Jacob Hellner producing the album. Hellner produced Rammstein's first two albums.
